Bird walk around North Pond in Chicago’s Lincoln Park, located north of Fullerton Ave just west of Lake Shore Dr, next to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.

This outing in limited to 10 participants (plus leader) and preregistration is required! Send email to geoff@thirdcoastbirding.com to register.

We will practice the following safety precautions given the Covid-19 environment.

• Face coverings are not currently required on the North Pond Bird Walk. We recommend that individuals who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings, worn properly (covering both nose and mouth), for their own safety and importantly for the safety of others in the group who may also not be fully vaccinated.

• To the extent that is reasonably possible, participants will practice physical ("social") distancing and remain six feet or more apart at all times.

• Anyone feeling unwell or having any Covid-19 symptoms cannot attend.

• Binoculars, spotting scopes, field guides, or other items may not be shared among participants.
